Morning Call - May 10, 2018
A fair day
Ground frost tonight

Issued: 0530hrs Thursday 9th May 2018
Duty forecaster: Simon Keeling

Breezy in the west with rain, drier to the east with some decent spells of sunshine

Good morning,

The remains of last nights weak front is just clearing East Anglia and southeast England this morning. Further west the cloud is broken and there are some sunny spells, although also a few showers on coasts and hills. This afternoon sees any of the showers fading away to leave the day dry and fair with good spells of sunshine and broken cloud. In fact, the sunny spells probably become more lengthy as the day progresses.

Rain and stronger winds heading into western ireland tonight, but staying dry and clear in the UK. This could lead to a ground frost in many areas.
