Most rain in western Scotland, damp and drizzly north, drier to the south
Good morning,
Cloudy and drizzly weather in northern England, Scotland and parts of the north and west of Ireland. Rain is going to be more persistent in the west of Scotland, this heavy at times. Eastern Scotland is likely to be drier.
Southern England and Wales as well as Ireland will also have a fair amount of cloud, but this tending to break with some brighter spells developing, the best of them in the far south.
Overnight rain is going to be staying more persistent and heavy at times in western Scotland, although largely dry elsewhere. Most cloud affecting western areas with some clearer spells in the east and south.
