Becoming brighter in the west; warm & humid south
Good morning,
Slack pressure exists across the British Isles. A waving frontal zone moves slowly eastwards - this brings rain to the west & north in the morning then tends to fade.
A warm and humid day across the south & east. Thunderstorms are likely to break out for East Anglia into the afternoon and evening as the front pushes further east. Brighter skies developing in the west. Winds mostly light.
Today's top temperatures will reach a humid 25C in the south-east, but nearer 18 to 21C for central areas, and 16 to 18C in the west & north.
Have a great day. Garry
