Morning Call - June 13, 2017
Drizzly west & north
Better east & south

Issued: 0530hrs Tuesday 13th June 2017
Duty forecaster: Simon Keeling

Cloud and drizzle in the north and west, drier and brighter in the east and south

Good morning,

Pressure is going higher over the Uk and Ireland today. However, with the flow being from the west or southwest and this is going to be bringing much moisture off the Atlantic and brigning cloud and periods of rain. Most of the rain will be over western Ireland and western Scotland. Lower cloud here with fog too on coasts.

More eastern and southern areas will have cloud breaking with bright or sunny spells developing. The best of the sunshine will be over the far south of England and it will be feeling warm here too.

Tonight brings more cloud and drizzly outbreaks of rain in Ireland and Scotland as well as northern England. Drier to the south with cloud being broken and some clearer skies developing here.
