Mixed next week
Showery weekend

Issued: 0900 Tuesday 22nd August 2017
Duty forecaster: Simon Keeling

Drier for some this week but then more unsettled through the weekend and next week

After some drier weather for some central and eastern areas this week, conditions looks set to turn more widely unsettled this weekend. As the jetstream becomes stronger next week it is likely to be rather mixed to unsettled with showers or longer spells of rain at times. Probably turning windier too, although confidence in the detail of the forecasts is low at this time.
