Friday
A rather cloudy west to southwest flow across the north and west of the UK and Ireland today. Drizzle and patchy rain in Ireland and western Scotland, this fading from Ireland as the day progresses. Elsewhere the day should be dry with cloud being increasingly broken as one heads south. There will be good spells of sunshine developing across the far south and eastern of England as well as eastern Ireland. Temperaures reaching 18 to 23C.


Friday Night
Drizzle affects the hills of northwest Scotland tonight, plenty of low cloud and fog here too. Western coasts and hills will tend to have more cloud, but elsewhere it should be dry with clearer spells throughout the night. Lows near 8 to 12C.

 
 
 


Saturday
High pressure is to the south of Ireland on Saturday with a ridge building north. Most of England and Wales as well as Ireland will see cloud breaking with good spells of sunshine and feeling warm. Lower cloud in western Ireland and western Scotland with some spots of drizzle. The drizzle more persistent over northwest Scotland. Temperatures rising to 27C in southern England, 19C on the west coasts of Scotland and Ireland.


Sunday
A weak from slips south through Scotland and Northern Ireland on Sunday. This brings patchy rain with it, most over western hills and coasts. Drier in eastern and southern Scotland. Most of England, Wales and Ireland should be dry with good spells of sunshine although some low cloud and fog affecting western coasts of Wales and southwest England at times. Highs at 20 to 28C.
