We can expect mixed weather conditions for this upcoming week. Many areas will see a good deal of dry weather with most of the rain into the north. A warm front could bring in a period of heavy rain early Thursday but confidence is low at present.

Tuesday 13/06/17 A wet morning across Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern parts of England with outbreaks of rain and drizzle. This turns more showery in the afternoon. To the south it will be dry with some sunshine and cloud. Rain persists across Scotland and Northern Ireland overnight with England and Wales dry. Expect high of 16 to 21C.
Wednesday 14/06/17 Spells of rain to come across Northern Ireland and northern Scotland through the day. A fine, dry day is expected across England and Wales with good spells of sunshine and very warm as well. An area of thundery rain may threaten the far south tonight with rain in the north west. Expect highs of 17 to 25C.
Thursday 15/06/17 Any thundery rain clears the south this morning. Occasional showers to come in the north and west. Fair and dry across the rest of Britain with sunnier spells. Much of Britain should be dry in the night. Look for highs of 16 to 20C.
Friday 16/06/17 Breezy and cooler today. Most places to start fair and bright with sunny spells. During the day occasional showers develop but eastern and southern areas of England may escape with a dry day. Any showers fade by evening. Expect highs of 15 to 18C.
Saturday 17/06/17 High pressure will give a settled, dry day with sunny spells for much of Britain. A front though may bring in some drizzly rain to western parts of Scotland. Highs of 18 to 21C.
Sunday 18/06/17 We may find a band of rain pushing down across Scotland into Northern Ireland and northern England during the day. To the south it is looking dry with sunnier spells. Expect highs of 17 to 23C.
