A rather cloudy and humid start for many areas, with patchy drizzle possible across parts of England and Wales. Through the day, brighter conditions will gradually develop, bringing sunny spells, particularly across Ireland and later across much of England. Western Scotland will remain cloudier with occasional drizzle, while eastern areas enjoy brighter conditions. Temperatures reaching 19C in the south and east, but nearer 14 to 15C across the northwest.

A largely dry evening and night for most, with some late sunshine lingering across southern areas. Northern and western Scotland will remain cloudier with occasional light rain or drizzle. Minimum temperatures falling to 14C in the south and 10C in the north.
